Creating content that’s fresh and up to date can be time-consuming and kind of annoying when you have to keep coming up with new ideas. Let’s face it, not all of us are ninja iPhone photographers or have a DSLR lying around at home. Using stock photography can make creating content so much quicker especially when you have zero time!
Whether it’s banner images for your website or what to post next on Instagram, using quality images will help you stand out from the competition attracting ideal clients who you’d love to work with.
There are some amazing stock photo sites out. But finding the right stock images can also be an undertaking. Sometimes they’re overstyled, too boring, or not just not right for your brand. Then you love one photo but just can’t find anymore like it. Sound familiar?
Unfortunately, the internet is a total rabbit hole for trying to find gorgeous stock photography. So I have a wonderful list for you, for free and paid stock photo sites that will help elevate your brand and also provide beautiful consistent photos that you can use throughout your business.
My favorite stock photo sites
Haute Stock
Gorgeous feminine-styled stock photography, if your audience is female, this is the place to go. The curators regularly create new content, so you’ve never left hangin’ with anything to post next.
Moyo Studio
If the style you’re after is warm neutrals, minimal, feminine without the peonies and OTT glitter, Moyo Studio are for you.
I have a confession here, when I found Moyo Studio, I was over the moon and so excited! Their style is unique, consistent, professional, adaptable, and beautiful. They regularly create new content that they add to their library so I never have to worry about running out of images!
Creative Market
When in doubt of where to start, just head to Creative Market. Be aware, you might be down the bunny trail for a good few hours and purchase more than you bargained for. 😉
Unsplash
Unsplash is one of my fav free stock photo sites. There’s pretty much everything you could ever ask for.
A pro-tip for using Unsplash, to keep your photos consistent, you can click on the photographer that created an image you like and browse all the other images in their portfolio. Photographers often have a link to their websites, where you can check out a wider portfolio.
